If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be more than happy to accept return or exchange within the first 30 days of purchase!
If you would like to return or exchange your item or if there is an issue with your purchase please email us at rkshori7@aol.com to receive a free return shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item the refund or exchange will be processed.
Free return shipping policy
Free return shipping is only eligible for orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States and excludes the following Oversized canvas Items 40×60, 48×48, 24×72 and 20×60 3-piece panel canvas.
Oversized product Return Label
Only Customers who purchased oversized products shipped in 48 Contiguous United States will qualify to receive a return shipping label, but please make note, refunds will be assessed a 30% processing fee.
Orders shipped outside the 48 Contiguous United States will not be eligible for any return shipping labels.
We would gladly accept your return, but orders shipped outside of the Contiguous United States do not qualify for free returns and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused shipments will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
